Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This policy describes what personal data TrackMyAnything collects, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. We apply it in line with personal-data protection principles, including Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information that provider shares (name and email).

Usage data: the trackers you create (links, search text, conditions, chosen stores), check frequency and alert preferences.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage statistics collected through analytics tools (Google Analytics).

2. What we use it for

To run the Service: monitor the pages and products you choose, and send you alerts by email.

To keep your account secure, prevent abuse and provide support.

To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized statistics.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the providers that operate the Service (cloud hosting, authentication and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and when the law requires it.

4. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time and your trackers and personal data will be removed.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, row-level access controls and restricted access to the infrastructure.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, update and delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@trackmyanything.com.

If you are in Argentina, you can also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority under Law No. 25,326.
