Terms of Use

1. The Service

TrackMyAnything is a tool that monitors web pages, prices and product availability across online stores, and sends alerts when the conditions you define are met (for example, “let me know when this product drops below $650 at any store”).

The Service reports data collected from public third-party sources. We do not sell products or services, and we are not a party to any transaction you decide to make on the monitored sites.

2. Registration and account

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or through an identity provider (for example, Google). You must be over 18 years old or have authorization from your legal representative.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: (a) monitor pages you are not authorized to access; (b) attempt to breach the security of the Service or of third parties; (c) resell or commercially exploit the alerts without authorization; (d) use the Service to infringe third-party rights.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Accuracy of information

Prices, availability and other data come from third parties and may contain errors, delays or omissions. The Service does not guarantee that an alert will be sent in time or that the data is exact. Always verify the information on the seller's site before buying.

5. Plans and payments

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are expressed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMyAnything shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or purchasing decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.
